He gave me good history about the Batu caves and we had some really interesting conversation while we drove to our destinations. “Raj was absolutely phenomenal! He contacted me the day before to confirm the pickup details which I appreciated. Once I was picked up, he immediately started telling me about his culture and the Mayalsian culture which was so informative. This is definitely not a guided tour - you get driven to each site and you have time to explore. I didn't mind this at all. Raj even took me to a few places that weren't on the itinerary. He is very passionate about Malaysian culture which adds such personality to the tour. The lunch provided was really delicious. Overall fantastic experience”

“Not satisfactory. Driver spoke limited English, and offered no insights whatsoever. Fortunately, the woman at the Orangutan facility was excellent. Car was a smallish Toyota that we sat in the cramped backseat of for a long time. The first time that I can remember where a bottle of water was not provided.”
